Horinger Summit

The Conference includes the celebrity media meetings(red carpet show)and welcome reception, the main forum and sub-forums of the conference, the opening and closing ceremonies and the award ceremony. It will invite leaders from relevant ministries and national commissions, masters of cultural creative design, well-known design teams, experts and scholars in the field of cultural creativity from domestic and abroad to participate in the conference,which will provide a platform for communication and thought-provoking ideas for cultural and creative leaders in China and the world.

Chilechuan Cultural and Creative Award

The 2020 Inner Mongolia Horinger New Area International Cultural and Creative Conference "Chilechuan Cultural Innovation Award" consists of three parts: trophy, certificate and bonus. The conference will invite international famous artists, outstanding creative teams along the “ne Belt One road" and domestic famous artists and teams to bring cultural and creative design works to participate in the competition, which will occur 1 Chilechuan Culture and Innovation top Award, 8 Chilechuan Culture and Innovation Golden Awards, 16 Chilechuan Cultural and Creative Silver Awards and 36 Chilechuan Cultural and Creative Bronze Awards. All outstanding works will be selected into Horinger International Cultural and Creative IP Library for incubation by the Horinger Cultural and Creative Park.

  • The main collection scope is the “One Belt One Road” countries and regions. All R & D institutions, colleges and universities, brand companies, design companies, manufacturers, advertising companies and arts and crafts design professionals and creative design enthusiasts related to products in the fields of commerce, application, communication, mathematics and science and material can participate in this activity by organization or individual.We encourage domestic independent innovation and well-known brand companies to participate.

    Special Note: Other awards artworks (have created more than 2 years) are not allowed to participate.

    We prefer artworks which able to touch mind,With creative use of excellent cultural elements, and better product image, comfortable, beautiful, coordinated, artistic, ornamental; reasonable color matching, the form reflects the combination of technology and art. You can make full use of the traditional culture and skills of the nation to enrich the creative design connotation.

    3.Innovation

    The design concept should be forward-looking, which need to be unique novelty, and the innovation should be outstanding. You should make full use of new technology and new materials to reflect the imagination and creativity from the artworks.

    4.Meet the Requirements of Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development

    In the whole process of design, manufacturing, circulation, use and recycling, we need to pay attention to the concepts of ecology, energy saving, environmental protection and low-carbon health.

    5.Sophisticated Technology, Reliable Quality, and Reasonable Materials

    The design should be with high commercial values, and creative factors should be with greater contributions to improving product in their adding value and brand value.

  • 1.The Requirement of Works Submitting

    Each work requires 3 colored design sketch and photo of real objects(no less than 300 dpi. Jpg), and a design description around 200 words as well. No personal information or marks was allowed to occur on the design sketch or the description (the design description should include design idea, purpose, design orientation, method of application, intellectual property and so on. Traditional handicraft need give a clear indication of characteristic).

    2.Application

    Participants need to sign up and login in to the official website. After that, All the works should be submitted at official website. Link: http://hicc.cnlive.com

    3.Intellectual Property of Works

    The submitted works cannot counterfeit product which already listed on the market, or infringement of intellectual property. All works need to have a declaration of intellectual property. Once the infringement act occurs, Infringers must undertake the loss and undesirable influence of the conference. All participants need to guarantee their works have no infringement act. If the works have their own intellectual property, a copy of ownership must be submitted as well.

    4.Launched Products

    If the works already launched into the market,participants need to send the real subject to the secretariat of organizing committee.

    5.Agreement for Selected Art Works

    All selected art works will not be returned to the participants. Participants will be informed if their works are Unqualified.

    6.Statement of Exhibition

    After the applying, all participants should agree to attend the summit and relevant promoting activities. Moreover, the participants also needs to empower the host organization to hatching their works.

    7.Fee Description

    There is no charge on registration and review. The expense which generate in the process of creating need to be covered by the participants However, the transportation expense would be covered by host organizations.

    • Good aesthetic taste and aesthetic value. You have to show the international and domestic fashion elements in your creative design. Healthy and culture-loaded, your work will be better if it is rich in the spirit of culture innovation+.

    • Most of works should be producible. Good practical function and user experience are indispensable.

    • Your work has to have large market potentials and the ability to enlarge market. It need to meet the needs of consumers, has strong ability to develop and the potential to trade. It should have steady performance, advanced technology, reasonable function, which can satisfy consumers’ requirement of usage, maintenance, and security.

    • Original works only. Show your creativity according to the theme of this competition. Fully consider the possibility of using new technology, new material, new technique, as well as the idea of environmental protection. Your design idea has to be farsighted, unique, and innovated. To show your imagination and creativity by making good use of new technology.

    • Your work should fully show its high quality, so it can meet the requirements of relevant institution. Stable function, high quality, exquisite workmanship, full use of traditional technique, and complete packing are all needed.

    • Pay close attention to harmonious development between system and system, system and human being. Show your eco-friendly attitude, and try to meet the requirements of sustainable development. Show your solicitude for the environment when designing, creating, using and recycling your work.

    • Serve as an example and lead the way. Value oriented, you work have to have the potentials to reconcile with other industry. Market feasibility is also very important.

  • 1. When encounter the following conditions, organizing committee has the right to reclaim your trophy, certificate, reward, and the usage right of the logo.

    (1) The award-wining work is sure to infringe other people’s intellectual property rights.

    (2) The award-wining designer alter his/her work without giving a notice to organizing committee, and do not stop using its award-wining identification, or propagandize the work.

    2. All participants have to assure that they have never violate or infringe any intellectual property rights.

    All participants shall comply with the procedures for handling infringement complaints in strict accordance with the competition, include trademark, patent copyright, anti-unfair competition, indications of source, trade name right, integrated circuit, multimedia, technical secret, biotechnology, and so on.

    3. The organizing committee manages the information submitted by competitors closely.

    The organizing committee has the right to use the information about the participants and awards campaign activities, such as publishing award-winning information, exhibitions, publications and other first edition.

    4. Organizing committee has the ultimate power of interpretation.

Cultural and Creative Works Exhibition

The outstanding works of the contest can participate in the "One Belt One Road" cultural creative design works exhibition set up by this conference. Except from China, the conference will invite the best Artists and cultural creative design teams from countries along the “One Belt One Road” to bring their works to the exhibition.

The conference adopts two methods: online long-term display on the official website and offline exhibition. The offline exhibition will be unveiled on the afternoon of June 5, 2020, and the exhibition period will last one year.

All outstanding works will be selected into Horinger New Area International Cultural and Creative IP Library for funded and incubation by the Horinger New Area Cultural and Creative Park.
